I have been back to school, to revisit trippy snippets of history lessons in order to prime myself for an attempt at an elucidation of 'Carriage' following the exposure of that art work to the dazzling scrutiny of Field Study, the Archipelago of Truth and the many (though certainly not all) who follow them.
